Refunds and Return Policy

Provincial Home Living is an Australian family business. It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase from Provincial Home Living.

To ensure this is possible, if requested by you:

Within 30 days of your purchase if you have changed your mind we are happy for you to return the purchased product to any of our stores, we will offer the choice of either a credit note or refund for the purchase price providing the product is unused and in a re-sellable condition.

After 30 days but within 365 days of your purchase we will provide you a store credit or an exchange of the product, provided the product is in its original condition and you provide your proof of purchase. We will do what we can to verify the purchase from our records, if you cannot provide your proof of purchase.


Despite our best efforts, very infrequently production errors can occur. Where we are made aware of an issue with the product quality within a reasonable time (normally 365 days) we will endeavour to help by either repairing the product, providing a refund of the purchase price, exchange the product or provide you a credit note for the purchase price of the product. This can be done at any of our stores, our staff will always try to assist. The best option will be determined after discussion with you.

Issues outside the above times

Of course, anything outside the scope and timing of the actions above will be considered and handled on a case by case basis. We will do our best to help and provide a response following a fair consideration of the relevant issues and facts.
