We are delighted to present another stunning collaboration with Kayla Teasdale, the talented stylist behind Haus Of Teasdale. Based in Geelong but originally from the United States, Kayla brings a distinctive flair to our Provincial Christmas collection, blending classic holiday décor with subtle American influences. Her unique approach results in a festive yet timeless look that beautifully reflects her creative vision and attention to detail.
Kayla’s journey began with a visit to one of our stores, where she carefully curated a colour palette that would perfectly complement her home. She chose a harmonious mix of green, white, and metallics, accented by touches of blue. This colour scheme flows seamlessly through her holiday styling, with elements like stools, servingware, and plaid ribbons on the tree, adding layers of charm and sophistication.
For her dining table setup, Kayla started with a crisp white tablecloth, grounding it with a layered green table runner for added depth and richness. The theme continues with green and white striped napkins, creating a coordinated, elegant look. Clear glassware and candlesticks add a touch of sparkle, enhancing the festive ambience by reflecting the candlelight. To complete the table, she used layered white crockery and added our delightful Yule Pears, each tied with green velvet ribbon, which brings an extra dash of holiday cheer.
One of the most creative touches in Kayla’s design is her use of our Yule Spruce Wreath as a base for the Winston Champagne Bucket, transforming it into a festive centrepiece that radiates holiday spirit. This inventive detail highlights her talent for reimagining traditional décor in fresh, inspired ways, striking the perfect balance between classic and modern elements.
In her own words, Kayla shared her design experience: “Green, White, touches of Blue, and all the glass to reflect the table candlelight. I had fun styling this table and using pieces like the Yule Pear Bauble as plate decor or the Yule Spruce Wreath as a base around the Winston Champagne Bucket. I found pieces I loved and found ways to incorporate them into my table styling. Loving this colour combination keeping it classic and festive.”
Flowing the colour palette through to the Christmas tree, Kayla chose our Twinkle Ball Fairy Lights, combined with a mixture of classic silver baubles, and bows created with our Glasgow Ribbon. Presents wrapped in our beautiful Yule Green Plaid Wrapping Paper complete the festive scene.
“I was so excited to style these big beautiful fairy cylinder lights in our tree. They are perfect fillers and added that extra dimensional twinkle to every angle. I styled silver baubles with two different designs/textures and added the trio of blue tartan bows that draped to the floor of the tree.”
Kayla’s styling embodies the essence of a Provincial Christmas, combining warmth, elegance, and a touch of innovation for a memorable holiday display that inspires.
