FRENCH ARMCHAIR
Taking inspiration from a classic French design from the Louis XV era, handcrafted from Belgian Oak and upholstered in a neutral, natural linen this chair remains a favourite. Constructed with a strong oak frame, the cushions have a core of foam covered with a mixture of feathers and polyester for extreme comfort. These armchairs can easily be incorporated into a classic, traditional, or more modern decorating scheme proving good design never goes out of style. You will also find some newer versions in different colours and fabrics and a slightly reworked Amadeus version with a woven rattan back.
FRENCH DINING CHAIR
Also inspired by French design from the Louis XV era, handcrafted from oak and upholstered in 100% natural linen fabric, a stylish dining chair that stands the test of time. With a padded seat and curved, padded back, this chair is so comfortable your dinner guests won’t want to leave the table. Not only is it a beautiful dining chair - but it also works beautifully as an occasional chair in the living room or as a perfectly proportioned bedroom chair.
RUSTIC ELM BENCH
Hand-crafted from solid timber, this elm bench is a must-have piece of furniture. The hand-distressed finish gives it the appearance of a much-loved antique, handed down through generations. Not only does it look as if it’s been around for years – you will have it for years as it is so versatile.
You will find endless places and uses for it, moving it between rooms. It’s perfect for casual bench seating, at the end of the bed for stacking throws and books, in the hallway as a seat for putting on shoes or in front of a sofa instead of a coffee table.
CHESTERFIELD
A masterful reproduction of the classic and timeless Chesterfield has been given a modern twist with beautiful natural-coloured 100% linen upholstery but still retains the traditional deep buttoning, hammered brass studs and rolled arms that made the Chesterfield famous. The frame is crafted from hardwood with a mix of duck feathers and polyester for the cushioning and is supported by high-strength fabric tape for maximum comfort.
VILLA CAFE CHAIR
If you’ve ever enjoyed a coffee or a meal in France, you will probably recognise this chair as it is widely seen in eateries from Paris to provincial France. Our Villa Café Chairs were modelled on these and the first ones we sold, and continue to sell, are handcrafted in solid oak, with a metal cross-back and a woven rattan seat. They’ve been a favourite with our customers for years and now there are other colours and timbers to select from.
